Process external data

When you have your data set up in data files (e.g. CSV) you do not first need to read it in yourself before it is useable in TExpressive. TExpressive already knows how to read and write common textual data file lay-outs using the "Encode" and "Decode" functions. After that, it's just a matter of processing the data in your template.
